Welcome to Ciliegia, where every corner is designed to make you feel at home.

The apartment sleeps up to 8 guests and features two triple bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and a single bed, and a bathroom with shower. The living room with sofa bed and kitchen is the heart of the apartment: the place to make coffee, toast with excellent wine, or simply relax after a day spent between the pool and forest trails.

Outside, a 21 sqm veranda awaits you, it’s entirely yours, where the scent of grass mingles with birdsong and laughter around the table. Here you can enjoy slow breakfasts, sunset aperitifs, or simply quiet moments immersed in nature.

All the furniture is crafted from chestnut wood from our region, following Umbrian tradition: warm and authentic.



Are pets allowed?

Absolutely! Here, they're at home too.
We welcome your four-legged friends as guest too: they can breathe fresh air, follow new scents along the trails, and share moments of pure joy with you.
We ask for a supplement of €40 for the Pet Kit, which includes:

Comfortable pet bed for rest
Food and water bowls
Initial and final apartment cleaning and sanitization

Because they deserve a holiday too.

Swimming pool: opening period and rules

Our panoramic pool is open from the third weekend of April to the fourth weekend of October, daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
It's the perfect place to dive in with olive grove views, relax in the sun, and be cradled by the silence of the valley.
Reserved exclusively for our guests.
