The Pool: the heart of Summer

Our panoramic pool (11×5 meters, depth 110–150 cm) rests on a natural terrace overlooking the olive groves, where your gaze drifts through the canopy of ancient trees and settles on what we call “the sea of Umbria”.

In the early morning, as the water mirrors the sky touched with the first red glow of sunrise, it’s not uncommon to see swallows swoop down to drink. At sunset, the hills ignite in gold, and the pool becomes the perfect place for one last swim before dinner.

Around it, the solarium, furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas, awaits you for hours of absolute rest. A book. Silence. The scent of Mediterranean scrub. Nothing else.

The pool is reserved exclusively for our guests and it is open from April to October.

Explore the land

6 marked trekking trails through our woods, for all levels:

Easy routes from 110 meters (30 minutes, suitable for children also)
Challenging routes up to 10.5 km (approx. 3 hours, for experienced walkers)

Each trail takes you to hidden corners of our estate: centuries-old oaks, traces of wild animals, and breathtaking panoramic views.
Along the routes, you’ll find equipped spots for picnics surrounded by nature.

Free mountain bike rental – 6 bikes at your disposal (suitable for ages 10+) to explore the forest trails.
