Bees are among the most extraordinary living creatures: tireless workers, meticulous builders and true guardians of nature.
Stefano, our beekeeper, knows every secret of their world.
In this experience, he’ll lead you into the discovery of hive life: how a bee born, how bee’society is organized, what roles have the queen bee, workers and drones. Through illustrated posters and especially a visible hive section, you’ll observe bees at work up close and witness the daily miracle unfolding in the heart of the hive.
Stefano will tell you how precious they are to our planet, how they pollinate our plants, how they transform flower nectar into yellow liquid gold. And you’ll understand that protecting bees means protecting our existence.
At the end, close your eyes. A blindfolded tasting of our honeys awaits you: only your palate will guide you through the flavours of our land. Sweet and delicate “Acacia” honey, intense and fragrant wildflower honey, bold and enveloping honeydew honey.
Each taste tells the story of the flowers of our Mediterranean scrubland, the seasons, and the incredible work of these tiny beings.

Walking through centuries-old olive trees
Our olive trees have been here for centuries. They’ve watched the people in our family be born and grow here. They have deep roots that reach into the history of this land and branches that stretch toward the sky, silent witnesses of time.
This experience is an invitation to pause and listen, to find yourself again.
We’ll begin by telling you how an olive tree is cared for: from winter pruning to fertilization, from spring flowering to the autumn harvest, all the way to the pressing that transforms olives into liquid green gold. Stefano will explain the varieties we cultivate, how to recognize a healthy olive tree, what it means to respect the rhythms of the plant.
Then, you and silence.
You’ll walk among the olive trees, listening only to the voice of nature: the rustling of silver leaves moved by the breeze, the song of birds in the branches, the breath of the earth beneath your feet. You can touch the velvety leaves, caress the gnarled, weathered trunks, feel beneath your fingers the bark that tells centuries of life.
This is an experience that doesn’t pass through the mind, but through your senses, through your heart.
At the end, the most authentic reward awaits you : Bruschetta with our freshly pressed extra virgin olive oil. The flavour of the Umbrian land, crisp and golden in your hands.

On the trail of a hidden treasure
There’s a world beneath our oaks that you can’t see, but you can sense. It’s the world of the truffle, guarded by the earth and revealed only by an expert nose.
Stefano is an authentic “tartufaio”, one of those who learned the art as a child, walking through the woods with those who held the secrets of this land. Luna, his “Lagotto” companion, is inseparable from him: watch her move through the leaves, sniff the air, and dig with precision.
Their relationship is a wordless language, built on trust, instinct and perfect understanding.
During this experience, you’ll walk with them into the heart of our property, among holm and oak trees, learning to recognize the signs of nature, to read the terrain, to understand how a truffle is born and how it grows.
Stefano will share secrets passed down through generations, while Luna shows you just how thrilling the moment of discovery can be.
Upon return, a small tasting awaits you: the truffle just found (when the season allows) or our truffle products, to close the experience with the authentic flavour of our land.

Archery in the woods
There’s something ancient about drawing a bow. A gesture that requires balance and control.
In the silence of our woods, surrounded only by greenery and birdsong, archery becomes more than a sport: it becomes meditation in motion.
Stefano and Filippo, our archers, will guide you step by step through this experience.
You’ll begin with a briefing where you’ll learn the correct posture, how to hold the bow, how to aim and release the arrows. Then will be your turn: you’ll grip the bow, feel the tension of the string between your fingers, the weight distributing through your body.
You’ll breathe in, aim and then release.
No experience needed, no strength required. Just the willingness to try, to listen yourself, and to focus. Even the youngest can participate with our school bow, designed especially for them.
Afterward, an aperitif awaits to toast your first arrows released, sharing laughter and small victories.
